Product Marketing for three new loan programs:

 

SEATTLE CREDIT UNION

Seattle Credit Union has been part of the local landscape since 1933. With an influx of newcomers to the city, we set out to raise brand awareness.

The name and brand identity were updated and an ad campaign focused on roots in the community, understanding the needs of local citizens, and helping them prosper.

A second product marketing campaign focused on:
• the first-of-its-kind Renter’s Loan to cover first/last/deposit
• a Cycle Loan to combat traffic woes, and
• a Sweet 16 Car Loan to focus on SCU’s sweet spot in the
used auto loan marketplace.

We also launched a podcast to demystify finances and help members find: what you need when you need it.

Our work grew web traffic by 120 percent and increased conversions by 40 percent.
